Shipping Policy

Shipping currently to UK only.

Orders under the value of £20 have the option of choosing Economy delivery, sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Perfect for keeping your costs down if you are not in a rush to receive the products.

All orders of a higher value are shipped sent via tracked means and will be dispatched same or next working day from day of sale.

Any orders over the value of £40 will have FREE shipping, automatically added at checkout!

Royal Mail shipping times are as follows;

Economy: 3-5 working days, untracked. Factors affecting this would be if said parcel does not fit throught the letterbox and you would therefore need to collect from your local sorting office before contacting us.

Tracked 48 (Standard) :2-3 working days, tracked. Factors affecting this would be if said parcel does not fit throught the letterbox or there would be nobody in at the adress and no safe place allocated. You would therefore need to collect from your local sorting office before contacting us.

Tracked 24 (Standard) :1-2 working days, tracked. Factors affecting this would be if said parcel does not fit throught the letterbox or there would be nobody in at the adress and no safe place allocated. You would therefore need to collect from your local sorting office before contacting us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most new and unopened items sold by us are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in the same sealed condition that they arrived in. Postage to be covered by you, the buyer.

We will cover the cost for shipping if an error has occurred on our behalf.

Upon receiving your return and we have inspected the integrity of the item, payment will be refunded to the account on which you bought said item.

Returns may be rejected if the product returns is not in the condition that it was sent to you in.

Sale items and trading card products are subject to the statutory 14 day cooling off period.
